The Mar Plast designers conceive constantly innovative product lines.

3D MODELLING

Once approved, the design is modelled in the technical department using 3D software.

PROTOTYPING

Prototypes are made using prototyping machines, before being tested and finally approved.

MOULD MANUFACTURE

The mould drawings are converted using CAM software.

MOULDING

Once made, the moulds are fitted on the injection presses to mould the various product components.

ASSEMBLY

The operators assemble and package the finished products by hand, checking the quality of every detail.
